At The Op Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tabletop experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
